Complete waste of money
This headset lasted less than 4 months. It showed no signs of wear - the audible portion just stopped working. Panasonic warranties it for 90 days only so it was a complete waste of money, I strongly recommend against this product.

I purchased this headset with the phone system as an accessory, The very first time I used it I felt the ear holder (wrap around) was far too loose and big , I attempted to adjust it and it snapped in two! Other complaints are: very uncomfortable, not enought volumne and the other party cannot hear you unless you speak very loud!
Panasonic did replace my broken one after 3 weeks with a refurbished unit, all the same complaints! The platonnixx unit...
